On the Menu
The shrimp arrive on the family’s own boat, and local seafood drives the rest of the menu. Look for crab cakes, Black Sesame Salmon, she-crab soup, crab-stuffed flounder, and the Edisto Mahi topped with candied bacon horseradish sauce. Big appetites can tackle the Flowers’ Feast, a fried platter piled with shrimp, flounder, oysters and scallops. Pasta lovers can choose the Lowcountry Stirfry or the St. Pierre, and burgers, steaks and a children’s menu cover everyone else.
