Regulars return for crab cakes, peel-and-eat shrimp, local shrimp and grits, raw or steamed oysters, a creamy bisque of shrimp and crab, and bacon-wrapped stuffed shrimp. Fried flounder, shrimp and oysters come as a plate or in combos. Away from seafood, there are homemade chips, burgers and a prime rib sandwich. Lunch specials change every week.

Expect noise and crowds: the room fills with locals and regulars, and live entertainment is a regular feature. Large parties tend to get a table fast. For old-school Edisto with plenty of character, this is the spot.
