Bailey’s Wings & Things is a takeout counter on SC-174, the main road that runs through Edisto Island, at 1578 SC-174. A husband-and-wife team runs it, cooking wings and fried seafood on Fridays and Saturdays.

On the Menu

Wings are the headliner. Regulars favor garlic parmesan and hot honey, and buffalo, honey barbecue, and plain are also available. Plates of fried fish, shrimp, or chicken are served with fries, and servings are large enough for leftovers.

The Setup

This is a family-run counter with no dining room, so plan to take your order back to your rental. Customers regularly praise the warm welcome from the owners, and the prices are gentler than at many places on the island.
